Content Restrictions

We do not accept any ad content that contains:

• Profanity or vulgar language

• Hateful, discriminatory, or offensive material

• Political endorsements or campaign messaging

• Misleading, false, or exaggerated claims

• Trademark or copyright violations

• Unauthorized use of an airline’s branding, logos, or likeness

Right to Refuse or Remove

Pilot Bases reserves the right to:

• Refuse any advertisement submission, for any reason, without explanation

• Remove any existing ad at any time, at our sole discretion

• Discontinue any advertiser’s campaign without notice if it violates these policies or the spirit of our platform

Mutual Right to Cancel

Either Pilot Bases or the advertiser may cancel an ad campaign at any time for any reason. No refunds will be issued for unused ad time during free or promotional periods.

Ad Review Process

All ads are subject to internal review before publication. If your ad requires edits or clarification, we will contact you using the information provided in your submission.

Ad Format Requirements

Submitted ads must meet our creative guidelines, including:

• File type: PNG or JPG

• Resolution: 1:1 square ratio (1080 x 1080 px)

• Must not include dynamic animation, audio, or interactive features

• Must not mimic UI elements or mislead users

Submitting an ad does not imply endorsement or partnership with Pilot Bases or the airline/operator listed on the page where the ad appears.
